Oxygen Generating Systems
 
 
 
ORION GROUP has a complete line of 95% and 99% Pressure Swing Absorption (PSA ) Oxygen Generating systems capable of worldwide applications.  By adding a high pressure Oxygen compressor, Reserve Oxygen cylinders and a distribution network, you can create a system capable of not only providing Oxygen for on-site needs but also Oxygen which can be transported in cylinders wherever it is needed.

ORION GROUP now represents a line of high pressure Oxygen Compressors capable of output pressures up to 3000 psig. Cylinder charging capabilities range from 1.7 "k" cylinders per day to 240 "k" cylinders per day or more.
 
 

Nitrogen Generating Systems

 
 
On-site PSA and Permeable Membrane Nitrogen Systems with purities from 95% to 99.999% are available for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. Oxygen and Nitrogen combo systems are also available. Cylinders charging capabilities are aviable

Oxygen Concentrators

 
Orion Group carries a complete line of Oxygen Concentrators from 1 LPM to 10 LPM for use in medical (90% to 95% Oxygen purity) and non-medical (60% to 80% Oxygen purity) applications. Spa units are non-medical and are capable of being used in a wide range of applications:
        

MOBILE "MED GAS" Systems

 
All NEW completely containerized Mobile Medical Gas Systems are integrated on-site medical gas generation systems.  Available in 20' or 40' containers (depending on system size) all medical gases are available including: Oxygen (95% or 99%), Nitrogen (95% to 99.99%), Medical Grade Air and Vacuum.  High Pressure option allows for generation of Oxygen and Nitrogen compressed to 2250 psig for charging "K" cylinders. These cylinders can then be used as reserves or be distributed to remote locations or resold to generate an additional profit center

Orion Health International, LLC provides a complete oxygen supplemental program for use in SPAs, Exercise facilities, Chiropractic offices,  Physical trainer facilities, Massage therapists, etc.  Supplemental Oxygen allows users to optimize on the benefits of physical therapy, exercise and stress reduction. The OXY-PLUSTM is a complete program including mild Hyper-Baric Chambers, SPA grade Oxygen Concentrators and a liquid oxygen supplement combined in a specific protocol to obtain optimum client results.
